Cancellation Policy

AP Seller International (apseller.com) believes in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

1. You cannot cancel your paid order because after your payment you will receive a purchasing service of digital product which is a virtual product and not transferable.
2. Digital product like Coupon/Voucher/Code and Access ID/Password for accessing different websites once sent cannot be cancelled as cancellation is not possible with these services of digital product.
3. In case you feel that the purchasing services received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer service team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from product manufacturers, please refer the issues to product related customer service.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds for products (purchasing service) which have been delivered is not possible due to the nature of the services purchased.
2. To inform our customers that the current policy of the store, seeking the best benefit for both parties will only be allowed to return and / or cancellation of purchase before sending out the digital product (Coupon/Voucher/Code and Access ID/Password) or service. If these data have already been delivered, you can not exchange or return them. As this is a purchasing service of digital product, it is impossible due to the characteristics of the product.
